  • First day of hire is drop off, this can be any time from 8am-8pm.
  • Last day of hire is pick up, this can be any time from 8am-8pm.
  • The location of the spa needs to be able to support the weight of water.
  • Area of the spa must be level surface.
  • Your garden MUST be clear and clean of any household rubbish and dog/cat waste.
  • Easy accessibility to the area of the spa.
  • Gazebo hire must be on grass to be pegged securely down.

We do:

• Supply the hot tub, chemicals and filter

• Set up show you how to use the equipment

You do:

• Supply the hose pipe

• Check the location for the spa

• Fill the spa up with water which normally takes up to two hours

• Press the heat button once filled to the level shown

• Can take up to 24 hours depending on outside temperature

• You must try your best to keep the water clean as possible

• If error 2 appears on the console turn the spa off unscrew the filter housing remove the filter and give it a good rinse under the tap put the filter back on turn power on this should reset

• If error 2 continues to show the water is to dirty

• Error 8 is also common don’t worry all you do is turn the power off little black button on the side of pump press this to reset turn power back on this will wipe the error off

• Please leave the spa inflated for collection as it will need inspected
