Answer: All required spaces are on the website next to the product. Please make sure there's enough space for your bouncy castle or party inflatable.
Q: What areas do you deliver to?
Answer: We deliver to Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland and surrounding areas of the North East, such as Gateshead, Northumberland and Chester-le-Street. We may be able to deliver further afield in certain instances. Check the website home page for delivery charges.
Q: Can you hire bouncy castles on hard standing outside?
Answer: No, We do not offer this service due to health and safety reasons, however bouncy castle hire for hard standing indoors is fine.
Q: How much to hire for 3 hours?
Answer: All prices are set for one hour up to nine hours. Hiring bouncy castles is the same amount of work for our team, no matter how long you hire for.

Q: What do I do in heavy rain?
Answer: Get everyone off and keep the inflatable inflated for collection.
Q: Will you set up the inflatable upon delivery?
Answer: Yes, our team handles the complete setup of the bouncy castle or inflatable to ensure it's ready for use safely and efficiently.
Q: What type of access do you require for delivering and setting up a bouncy castle?
Answer: We need clear access to the setup location. Our equipment is transported on a cart, so a pathway that accommodates this is necessary. Please inform us of any obstacles such as steps or narrow passages ahead of time.
Q: Can bouncy castles be set up indoors?
Answer: Absolutely! Bouncy castles can be installed indoors, provided there is ample ceiling height. It's essential to verify that the ceiling height exceeds the height of the castle to ensure it fits safely within the space.
Q: How far in advance should I book a bouncy castle?
Answer: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for events during peak seasons, to ensure availability. However, we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings if your chosen inflatable is available.
Q: What are the capacity limits for your bouncy castles?
Answer: The capacity varies depending on the specific bouncy castle. We provide guidelines on how many children or adults can safely use the inflatable at one time. It’s important to follow these guidelines to prevent damage and ensure everyone's safety.
Q: Is it okay to place a bouncy castle on my lawn? Will it cause much damage?
Answer: Placing a bouncy castle on a lawn is actually our preferred setup area. For safety, we secure the castle with six pegs hammered into the ground. A ground sheet is also placed under the castle to protect the grass, ensuring minimal impact. Any small holes from the securing pegs typically disappear within a few days, leaving your lawn as good as new.
Q: Can you install a bouncy castle on a concrete surface?
Answer: For safety reasons, we generally avoid placing bouncy castles on concrete. However, if a grassy area isn't available, please inform us during the booking process. We can accommodate a concrete setup by using sandbags for secure anchoring. Please note that there may be an additional charge for this service to cover the extra equipment needed.
Q: Are your units safe? Will you teach me how to have a safe day of fun?
Answer: Absolutely, safety is our top priority. All our inflatables are designed with safety in mind, from the ground up. Before you start your day of fun, we'll go over all the necessary safety rules with you to ensure you're fully prepared. While no activity is without risk, we take extensive measures to promote the safe use of our products to help prevent accidents and ensure your event is enjoyable and safe.
Q: What are your working hours?
Answer: Our standard working hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM. However, we offer flexibility to accommodate your event's specific needs. Extra hours can be arranged upon request, ensuring we're available when you need us.
Q: My party is tomorrow. Can I still get a rental?
Answer: Maybe! We strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Give us a call, and we'll do our best to fit your rental into our schedule, ensuring your party is a hit with one of our fantastic inflatables.
