Is there anything I need to do when hiring bouncy castles from you?

Please make sure you read the following recommendations so we can provide you with the stress-free, no-hassle service we pride ourselves on.

Please try to keep the inflatable clean. A cleaning charge may be incurred when inflatables are returned in an unacceptable condition.
Please ensure you have the permission of the owner of the land you intend to site the bouncy castle on.
Please ensure the intended location of the bouncy castle is flat, and is free of any sharp objects, protrusions, animal waste or other mess.
We need access to an electricity supply to inflate our bouncy castles. While extension leads are supplied as standard, you will need to hire a generator if your adult bouncy castle is a significant distance away from the nearest mains power outlet.
Please make sure there is enough space for the bouncy castle, including floor-to-ceiling space.
The bouncy castle must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Do not allow our inflatables to become overcrowded.
