BOUNCY CASTLE + INFLATABLES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this bouncy castle or inflatable to ensure that all possible steps are taking to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed.
1. This inflatable has an age limit of 13. NO ADULTS unless you have ordered an adult inflatable.
2. NO FOOD/DRINKS to be allowed on or near the inflatable
3. All shoes, glasses, jewellery & birthday badges MUST BE REMOVED before using the inflatable.
4. NO SMOKING, BARBEQUES & FIRE PITS to be used near the inflatable.
5. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
6. A RESPONSIBLE ADULT must supervise the inflatable at all times.
7. ALWAYS ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit the numbers according to age and size of children using it. Try to AVOID large and small children using it at the same time.
8. The responsible adult supervising MUST make sure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
9. NO PETS/TOYS/SHARP INSTRUMENTS.
10. DO NOT ALLOW anyone to bounce on the front safety step. The step is there to assist users getting on or off.
11. DO NOT ALLOW anyone on the inflatable during inflation or deflation.
12. ALL CHILDREN must where socks
13. NO SOMERSAULTS
14. The inflatable must NOT be used if it becomes wet.
15. In the event of heavy rain or strong winds the inflatable MUST be turned off.
16. Please ensure that on delivery pathways leading to the site of erection must be clear of objects.
17. Once the inflatable is erected it MUST not be moved for safety reasons.
18. If castle is muddy on collection, a cleaning charge may apply. Soapy water/baby wipes makes a good cleaner!
19. In the event of power loss make sure ALL children are off the inflatable and contact us straight away. 20.We do not bring any inflatables through your house
Please ensure all persons using this inflatable do so at their own risk. The person hiring this inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. GOOD TIME INFLATABLES CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY CAUSED TO ANYONE USING THIS EQUIPMENT.
I have read the above terms and conditions and I fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition i.e dirty/muddy condition. I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge.
Booking Fee
The £30 booking fee is non-refundable even if cancelled down to adverse weather conditions (80% rain throughout the day or wind/gust above 24mph) however you can change the date within A year of the 1st hire date. Please ensure there is space and accessibility for the inflatable to be situated and clear any mess and debris where the hot tub will be situated. If you book the inflatable on hard standing outside you will loose the £30 booking Fee. Failure to comply will mean the booking being cancelled with no refund.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the booking once the booking fee is paid there will be no refund however you can book for another date. If you have paid for the booking in full and decided to cancel you will loose £30 booking fee and the remainder to be refunded. The £30 booking fee covers administrative time to confirm and hold the Inflatable you have booked.
HOT TUB HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this hot Tub to ensure that all possible steps are taking to avoid injury or damage to the Hot Tub. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed.
1. Do not leave non swimmers or children unattended.
2. Do not overload the spa.
3. Do not use electrical appliances near the water.
4. Do not drink alcohol during use of spa.
5. Please no glass or sharps in or around the spa.
6. If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or cardiovascular conditions then consult your doctor before using the spa.
7. Do not allow water temperatures to exceed 40 degrees centigrade.
8. Its recommended that everyone shower before use.
9. No fake tan/bubble bath/confetti only water and chemicals inside the spa.
10. Do not stand on the filter housing.
11. No smoking/barbeques/fire pits to be used near the spa/gazebo.
12. Do not sit on the sides or dive into the spa.
13. It is your responsibility to look after the equipment hired to you so any problems please contact us immediately.
14. If you have used the equipment for the 1-3 days of hire then decide to tell us a problem you are not happy with you won’t be entitled to a refund.
15. If you damage the hot tub or gazebo you will be charged or will be settled in a small claims court so please be aware of that and have a good time.
