Is there anything I need to do?
There are a few things that we need you to make sure of so we can ensure a hassle-free and stress-free service.
- Please ensure that the intended location of the bounce and slide bouncy castle is free of animal waste, sharp objects and other obstructions.
- Please make sure you have the landowner's permission to use their area for your party.
- We need an electricity supply close to the intended location of the bouncy castle. We carry extension cables, but if you are intending to locate your bouncy castle far away from a mains electricity supply, please let us know so we can source a generator.
- Please make sure there is enough space for the bouncy castle. This includes making sure that their is enough floor space and enough height. Bouncy castle and slide combis must be located on flat ground with no obstacles.
- The inflatable must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Do not allow the inflatable to become overcrowded.
- Please keep the inflatable clean. We may charge a cleaning fee when inflatables are returned in an unsanitary condition.
